All products listed are described and priced to the best of our ability.
We do our best to ensure information is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. Products may vary slightly in colour, weight, or appearance due to their natural and handmade nature. 

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our approved payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit once your order has been handed over to the courier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package so we can assist.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers must ensure they check that their shopping cart is correct before checking out. As no refunds will be given for products that have simply been mistakenly ordered.

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos for review. Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Allergies & Dietary Information

While we take care to handle ingredients properly, our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, seeds, soy, and gluten.
Customers are responsible for reading product labels and ensuring suitability for their dietary needs. We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

7. Liability

By purchasing from Flourish Food Co., you agree that:

-We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

-We make no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by Australian Consumer Law.

-To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any out-of-pocket expenses, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
